"Parfait pour visiter Guadix et les alentours"

Location bien située avec place de parking. A proximité du Barrio des cuevas. A 30mn du désert de Gorafe. Belinda nous a bien accueillis.

Juste un petit souci d'évacuation d'eau dans la douche. Mais la propriétaire a dit qu'elle faisait le nécessaire pour y remédier.

L'emplacement

Pour moi le logement n'est pas aux normes électriques limite dangereux...propreté a revoir douche rail vitre moisie...les carreaux des fenêtres très sales...la cuisine sans fenêtre noir complet impossible de faire a manger sur la plaque de cuisson tellement le matériel est vieillissant et vraiment rédhibitoire le wc ou l'ont doit mettre le papier usagé de nos besoins dans une poubelle ou il n'y a pas de pédale donc on touche tous entre personnes le couvercle de la poubelle avec nos mains souillées Le seul point positif c'est l'emplacement avec place de parking devant...

La anfitriona muy agradable. La casa era familiar (enorme). En general todo estaba en orden. Aire acondicionado en varias partes de la casa, cama cómoda, cocina, baño espacioso y cercano al dormitorio... El pueblo de Guadix precioso. Parking de sobra y pegado al alojamiento. Barrio muy tranquilo. Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. Cercano a la población hay unas charcas termales, pero no pudimos disfrutar de ellas por falta de tiempo, pero seguro que a la próxima las disfrutamos.
