La ubicación

La puntuación de 9'5 no sé corresponde con la realidad. Se corresponde con un 7. No tenía calefacción sino en el salón y no llegaba a las habitaciones. Precio elevado para la vivienda que es.

Ubicación práctica por estar cerca del centro andando.

- Solo una máquina de aire caliente en el salón. Los dormitorios helados. - Sabían que íbamos con dos niños pequeños ya que solicité cuna y no estaba cuando llegamos. Una vez la reclamé, la trajeron. - El agua salía templada por lo que solo se acabó duchando mi marido y no pudimos bañar a los niños. - Instalaciones poco seguras ya que la entrada al piso es por la cocina y el termo de gas está dentro de la cocina. - Conclusión: una estancia precaria y más aún por el precio que pagamos. No la recomiendo.
