Las camas incómodas, deberían renovar colchones, no hay aire acondicionado, sólo un ventilador, limpieza regular, wáter con agua caliente, sólo nos quedamos una noche pero no volveremos

Fue para una noche y está bien en general relacion calidad-precio. Buena ubicación, aparcamos en Parking Plaza Arenal a 10 min andando.

Las camas un poco incomodas y los grifos de ducha y lavabo están al contrario puestos (caliente-frío). De

The accommodation is in a great location, there is no free parking space, but it is fifteen minutes' walk from the accommodation. The space is large and spacious, nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable. The host is available for questions and answers.

The house is wonderful and nicely decorated, but the cleanliness of the kitchen needs to be worked on. After I pointed out to the landlady that the sink should be clean as well as the fridge and sent her pictures, she told me that we rented a room, but from my booking it can be seen that we rented the whole house. Regardless of everything, it looked like we surprised the masters and the landlady because it was not arranged for rent and clean. I guess the air conditioner was turned on too late by the landlord, so we slept in a too hot room the first night

The big bathroom, which unfortunately lacked shower gel/ shampoo. Heater available.

A LOT OF MOLD - SMELL OF MOLD SINCE THE ENTRANCE OF THE HOUSE AND IN THE ACTUAL ROOM (PHOTO ATTACHED). A LOT OF MOLD VISIBLE ABOVE AND NEXT TO ONE OF THE BEDS. MY MOM IS ALLERGIC TO MOLD AND COULD NOT SLEEP THE WHOLE NIGHT. MESSY RECEPTION OF THE KEY - COLLECTED IN A BUSY BAR, DROPPED OFF IN A PHARMACY. 4 KEYS AND NO INDICATION, WHICH KEY SHOULD BE USED FOR EACH OF THE 4 DOORS. HARD TO PARK. NOISY AND BADLY ISOLATED WINDOWS.
