The house is perfectly located, big garden, quiet and close to the funicular. The suite is a nice big room and bathroom. The hosts are friendly.

The beds are not comfortable. If this place got an upgrade, it would be four stars.

Vicinity to funibula was convenient.

We stayed in the Penthouse (attic) which meant we had to walk around with our bodies bent at 45 degrees. The breakfast was very poor.

It is a short (hilly) walk away from the funicular, making Bilbao very accessible. Breakfast was made fresh and a good selection available. Ignacio was very accommodating to open the swimming pool for a quick dip!

The ceilings in the attic room and bathroom are very low but manageable. You could not stand up in the bath to have a shower.

A good location on the outskirts of Bilbao with large private grounds.

The owners did not respond to our queries about bringing our dogs before we booked. Even though the entire property is listed as pet friendly, after we booked the owner required us to change rooms at an additional cost of Eur 13. On arrival, we also had to pay Eur 10 per dog (forewarned in advance). The room did not appear to be as good as what we originally booked and did not have proper beds. Overall the stay was quite expensive for one night in a single room with a double sofa bed and single sofa bed (total Eur 190).

Great quiet location with wonderful views. Conveniently located to the airport. Owners were genuinely wonderful, helpful, and friendly.

The property seems a little run down. Electricity and wifi kept going down and everything felt like it could use a fresh update.
