Koivula Cottages

Neighbours were parting till 5 am. Sleep was disturbed. From the pictures, coun't understand that two apartment are in the same building.

Spacious, cozy, warm, with the necessary kitchenware

a) Extremely narrow single beds. You had to struggle all night not to fall over, resulting in bad sleep. b) The cheapest toilet paper available in the market. c) The fact that we had to clean the house because otherwise we would have to pay a “cleaning fee” of almost 80€. We went there for a weekend and we had to spend a couple of hours cleaning… The cottage was not 100% clean when we arrived, which means that the business does not care about cleanliness at all but relies only on the “cleaning” of the previous tenants. We also had to throw our trash. d) there was only a few firewood in the cottage. We had to bring firewood ourselves from a cabin 200 meters away, while it was -25C… e) The overall feeling is that the business is trying to get a maximum profit out of everything and provides minimum services. f) The staff was very polite, happy and willing to help. But with minimum experience in the tourism sector. They advised us to visit the “Moose Manor” on Sunday, even though it is closed on Sundays, resulting in us losing 1,5 hours for nothing. In light of the above, It makes you wonder if it’s really worth the effort or maybe we should have stayed at home where we would have to do the same things, clean the house, take out the garbage etc etc etc.

The cottage is quite nice, cozy and comfortable. Price-quality -yes

The biggest problem was the staircase with a low railing( or what is it called) when you go upstairs you need to remember about it so that you don't bump your head 🤔

We did our own breakfeast. That was fantastic!

Prices....Prices could've been about 10-20% cheaper. Then i would say that you get more than you expect from your money and my reating would be 12/10. Now its very solid 9.5/10.
