Laavu Holiday Homes

from the moment we arrived, we loved the cabin as it was so homely and beautiful. you could see trees from the windows and it felt magical. the whole cabin was bigger than i thought and is entirely made of wood and it was clean and well kept. the small rooms felt like a dollhouse and we all loved it. the kitchen was equipped with basics and it mostly had everything we needed. the hosts were friendly and did respond to my queries before and during the stay. other than the few negatives we loved our stay and would definitely return.

the toaster smelt a bit funny, a mattress had a stain on it and the curtains don't cover the windows properly which meant that it wasn't very private. there is only one bathroom and we had to buy our own toilet paper. when we started the fire, the house filled up with smoke very quickly which meant that everyone was coughing and felt sick. the fire alarm also went off every few minutes. this is a safety hazard and should be looked into. our main reason for picking this apartment was the hot tub however it was broken because of previous tenants. the host did move us to a building with a working hot tub but we were messaged just before that this was no longer available too. our host did try but it was just sad.
