The property was good and sleeping room was oaky,

but the sofa was not comfortable you feel not good and cleaning was not good and sitting room tv doesn’t have remote control,

Great house with a modern feel. Nice balcony area with views to the sea. Nice location. Plenty room for our party of five and two bathrooms were a bonus.

There was a small Christmas tree in the living area. A lovely surprise for our Christmas break. The property was clean and tidy. Bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Easy check in process Excellent customer service.

Dinning Chairs were not steady. Chair legs need screwing in. No grater in the kitchen and could do with a dishwasher

There wasn’t breakfast which is very bad and hard with the kids and no emergency food no milk salt or oil, as it was saying there will be breakfast but there was nothing at all not enough facilities like toilet tissues for three nights aswell.

Staff were very friendly on the phone and email to assist with completing pre-arrival paperwork and arrange collection of the keys for check-in. The house is a simple property with no frills, which is exactly how it is advertised, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster and everything worked fine. Both bathrooms / showers were clean, as was all the bed linen. On arrival, there were 3 sets of towels missing and the ironing board was broken; we contacted the owners and the extra towels and a new ironing board were provided within an hour. Outside the lounge is a large terrace area with partial views of the coast and it is only a 5-minute walk into the town centre.

There are only 2 outdoor chairs on the terrace; it would be nice to have more chairs plus a table there. The chairs in the dining room are not particularly sturdy and the some of the screws attaching the TV to the wall were coming loose. However, I reported this at our checkout and the owners may well have addressed these points now. There are no rubbish collection bins outside the property so we had to leave our plastic bags of rubbish outside the back door where they risked being ripped open by seagulls.
