Property Notes

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Le Bateau in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can choose to bring their own or rent them on site for the following additional fees: - Bed linen for double bed: EUR 20 per bed, per stay - Bed linen for single bed: EUR 15 per bed, per stay - Towels: EUR 15 per person, per stay - 25€ for double bed, 20€ for single bed and 20€ for towels Please note that check-in on Sundays and during public holidays is between 10:00 and 13:00. Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August): Monday to Saturday: 15:00 to 18:30 Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 13:00. Outside of this period, reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, keys are left in a key box and detailed instructions are given.
