We booked the property for 4 adults but the sofa bed was very small. It's mainly for kids. Two adults sleeping on the sofa bed were 156cm /170cm and their feet were out the sofabed all the time, therefore not comfy at all. Would say the property is for a couple and a kid.

Very kind and friendly hostess, clean property, lots of kitchen stuff , there is everything that you need for comfortable living . Good light and air conditioning. The bed is very comfortable in the bedroom, Good location- close to the sea , shops, bus and tram stops. 15-20 minutes walking to Metro station .

The sofa is not comfortable for sleeping in the living room and too noisy place because of active street. But if you are only two- great accommodation.

Clean apartment, nicely decorated, close to the beach

Very noisy apartment, feels like staying the night at the bus stop. Entrance door is an old wooden door, with see through cracks, I have attached a picture. Partner spent the night being kept awake by locals racing cars up and down the street, and the local bus running until 1 a.m, whilst sleeping in the fold down bed in the living room. Ceiling in the bedroom is shaking when the tram is passing by the rear of the property. The Livingroom has all the noise from the main street, which is a very noisy street. Owner of the apartment is obliged by Spanish law to take our passport details and submit them to police, she never bothered to do so. When I made the booking, the property was advertised as soundproofed, and that's not the case, its not even vibration proof. Owner lives upstairs and you can hear it when she is in the bathroom opening the tap and later water goes thorough the pipes. Between midnight and 1am she was in and out of the bathroom 4 times! Definitely not worth 100 euro per night. It should have at least double glazing on the inside of the the wooden door.
