Friendly staff. Clean installations. Modern equipment. Good location. We also stayed at the Kakslauttanen glass Igloos. Both costed us roughly the same, but the experience at Kakslauttanen was depressing. We even left their small uncomfortable Igloos a day earlier.

Maybe an actual alarm in the room to let us know when the polar lights are shining. App notifications are mixed with all the other notifications that you receive from different apps.

Très propre, très bien situé. Personnel à l’écoute. N’ayez pas peur d’avoir froid à l’intérieur, il y a le chauffage sans souci. Une douche bien chaude sans problème également. Un wifi qui fonctionne au top. Une enceinte Bluetooth top (il faut installer l’app pour le Bluetooth). Vous pouvez vous balader autour à pied dans les forêts enneigés. Idéal pour profiter des aurores boréales depuis votre chambre.

Le petit point faible est la proximité des autres logements qui selon moi aurait dû être plus espacé car debout nous voyons les autres à droite et à gauche. Aussi s’ils allument la lumière le soir, cela éclaire votre chambre.

Staff was very sweet, the 5 course dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Atmosphere was very nice. we were lucky to get an igloo that was remote.

I was missing a relaxing lounge/ bar area in the main building to have a drink before dinner. There were only 2 high tables in a very small area/ basically squeezed into the gift shop area that weren't very comfortable. The prices were too high for renting their private sauna taking the quite high room rate into consideration.

A perfect location for watching the Aurora, great facility and very well trained/professional staff. The breakfast is delicious with good variety. Although the menu is a bit limited of choices for guests who stay longer than three nights, but the chiefs are making great efforts in preparing the dishes! The reception staff are very efficient and responsive for getting the activities & airport transfer arranged prior to the arrival. The attention to details for meeting guests' expectations are greatly appreciated!

I think the location is the best for Northern Light viewing in this area. The hotel also offer free northern light alert app. It is also close to the south point of the ski area.
