The aurora alarm should be free given the price of the igloo and the purpose of visitors staying at the igloo

The fully glass igloo is nice. Interior is well designed and comfortable. The igloo with the open fire is really nice. The position on top of a hill gives very nice view but only for a very few of the igloos on the last raw.

The igloos are very close to each other, and the whole place is very small, practically on a street surrounded by houses. There is nowhere to walk on the property. Does not give any wilderness feeling. Availability of reception is limited, service at restaurant not too good or friendly. Food is fine dining style, not bad, I would say average though and overpriced. We booked dinner, when we arrived asked to be seated upstairs with the view but were simply told “no, we cannot go upstairs”, but at booking we were not asked where we want to book. Check in is 4 and checkout is 11. For the price this is a short time to have. Also a checkout time of 11 is way too early in a place where you go to be awake most of the night for aurora hunting. At other igloo parks in the area checkin is 3 and checkout is 12 noon as default.

Beautiful glass igloo, very cosy and fully equipped. Great spot to watch the aurora. The staffs were super helpful, especially the lady working the morning shift. The Utsu restaurant was wonderful too.

Good breakfast. We tried the surprise menu for dinner and couldnt proceed with the mains - the restaurant staff were kind enough to propose another main. Very thoughtful all along.

The room they provide was totally different from what I booked and paid for. When I mansion this to the reception, they said - yes we agree that's it's not the same as on the pictures, but nothing we can do. Totally Not worth the money they asked. After this hotel we travel to Northern Lights hotel, almost the same price but 1000% better. Never stay here if you want to have what you expected
