Villa Arctic Light

The host was extremely helpful. The location was perfect. We saw the northern lights from the garden. The villa was spacious, clean and warm! We loved it.

We were 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) and we all loved everything about this house!!! The living-room with the open kitchen, the “water area” with the sauna, the bedrooms with nice views, the garden…everything was perfect!! Also the location is very convenient as it close to Santa Park, Santa Claus Village and the airport. We highly recommend it for a perfect stay!!! And a special mention to Paulus who was very nice as a host and made everything very easy from the beginning. Thanks!!!

The villa is magical, clean and comfortable setting with huge backyard to hangout! Paulus, our host has been at Attentive and adhere to our request promptly. We told him that want to use the bbq, he came over to set it up for us! I give him 1000% for his service! The location is away from the noise, city and light pollution. Good for a quiet moment away from the hustle bustle city life! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for the wonderful stay for my family!

If you are looking for convenience and near to amenities, this villa has to rent a car to get around. As we didn’t dare to drive on snowy roads, the transport to book taxi for every trip out can adds up to the costing.

Villa Artic Light is a modern and comfy holiday home. Hosts (Paulas and Laura) were contactable throughout our stay and answered all our questions timely. The pin code to the place were emailed to us prior to our arrival and even though the check in time was not until 3pm, hosts allow us to drop our luggage first. And on the check out day, host allow us to keep the luggage till 2pm as we had planned to visit Santa Park in the morning. We are so grateful for that. When we arrived the first day, the place was already heated up nicely. We came from Santa Claus Village and felt so cold and so to arrive with a heated place like this was just heavenly! The place is very clean and comfy and very warm. We walked around in our thin pjs and some of us bare-footed. The sauna is heavenly. Lots of places to hang our coats and ski attire. The drying room (sharing the same place with the washing machine, drying machine, sauna, bathroom and toilet) is good place to hang your damp jackets from snow play :) The 9 of us (5 adults, 2 teens and 2 children age 11) shared the entire home and really like the place. My kids love the smart TV. Master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe. We prepared simple breakfast and dinner with the fully functional kitchen. There were many sledges sitting outside but unfortunately excursions took out most of our time and so we had no time to explore the lovely front and back yard. oh yes, Villa Artic Light is really quite near to Santa Park. We booked 2 taxis to bring us there.

The one and only bathroom cum toilet has 2 doors connecting to it. One door connected to the master bedroom and another door at the other end (near the main door, closer to the other 2 guests rooms). So, you need to remember to lock both side when showering and unlock both sides after showering. When one side forgot to unlock, you'll have to make a big loop to go in from the other side. So, it's a little inconvenient. Luckily there's another toilet (no shower facility) for common use.

Accommodating, friendly host. Super location. Clean, spacious & modern living space. Comfy with extra of log burner, sauna, double shower. We loved it!
