The house itself was beautiful, very modern with every modern convenience. Kitchen table was huge and served our group perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was nice and clean. The location is great too, very close to town but not in the midst of the madness. Nice quiet area.

There was only one en-suite bathroom, one family bathroom and both were located on the top floor. The other shower was in the bedroom without a separation door which meant that the two boys sharing were unable to shower whilst the other was still in bed. The second floor sleeps up to 6 and there is just a toilet to service them. Another full bathroom/ensuite would have really helped. The living room was spacious but could only sit 8-9 comfortably on the sofas which meant that the rest of our party had to take turns in the cocktail chairs. Apart from that, the living space was comfortable and modern. Just a thought, if the kitchen table was moved downwards towards the kitchen door, a small sofa and chair might squeeze in beside the patio doors to give another small living space downstairs. The WiFi wasn’t great, we needed to “hotspot” our phones to stream films etc.

We were there for a wedding so would have loved more time just to enjoy the house no negatives at all .

We spent Christmas at the Glynn, it was the first year we ever did anything like this and I was anxious about it. The host was at hand before and during our stay to answer any questions. The property was extremely clean and had plenty of information available. It was extremely spacious and bigger than we expected. Fantastic property and kitchen is well catered for a Christmas dinner. Santa even knew we were there and dropped off all his presents.

Brilliant property the only small issue is the downstairs sofa cushions kept slipping off.

The whole house was beautifully decorated, fabulous facilities in the kitchen, we had a very warm and comfortable time spent with the family in your house before Christmas.
