The van was lovely, clean and warm. We had a couple of niggles but the owners were extremely quick to sort things and communication was swift. We had a dog with us.well equipped kitchen area, we cooked a few times and had everything we needed. The shower worked very well with enough pressure and the water was hot. Plenty of storeage space. Smart TV with Netflix available and the owners had left a few essentials for convenience ie salt and pepper/ teabags and milk Would not hesitate to revisit in a heart beat❤ just sorry we didn't stay longer.

Mattress could be improved, a little basic but not awful. I'm sure the owners will address the next point as the van is very new but a little pathway from the car space to the caravan steps would be an advantage in damp weather to stop the grass being churned and walking dirt onto the steps so that the entrance stays clean, everything is so light and lovely it would be a shame to spoil it.

The caravan was well equipped, and there was tea, coffee, fresh milk and buscuits waiting for us. All the crockery, cuttlery and kitchen utensils you could ask for. Located just a short drive from Padstow it was ideal for visiting other places. We drove to Truro, Falmouth, St. Ives, Penzance, and Wadebridge in our 4 day stay. The site was clean and well managed with a shop, two restaurants and bars. The caravan was new with central heating and a flame effect electric fire in the lounge area. The main bedroom was ensuite with a bath, whb and a WC. There was a second shower room with a shower, whb and a WC. There were two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two singles. The sofa in the lounge was also a fold out double bed.

We should have stayed longer.

excellently presented, beautifully comfortable and tidy in a loverly quiet location of the park. The owners are fantastic and very helpful.

Wonderfully modern caravan which is well equipped. Steve and Fiona reached out within minutes of us booking our stay. the site is particularly well situated for easy access to all local beaches. handy laundrette on site and restaurant.

mattress was a bit uncomfortable, could feel the springs but that is our only criticism.

Great location for visiting St Merryn and the Padstow area. Enough room for 3 adults easily, more at a squeeze Communication was very easy

beautifully equipped, spotlessly clean, there were lovely little extra touches to make it feel special. The owners were really communicative and helpful and clearly take great pride in making sure their guests have a pleasant stay. Our only feedback would be that a little hoover would be handy as we couldn’t leave it as spotless as we found it!
