Comfortable 4-Bedroom House in Swadlincote

When we got to our bed there was a single fitted sheet trying to be over a double bed.

We didn’t get to stay at this property . I would not recommend.

Dreadful communication and they cancelled our stay without contacting us. Then offered us on the evening before we had family travelling that we could have a house 30mins drive from where we wanted to stay. We are still waiting for £566 to be refunded . I will never use this service again.

The house was warm and the kitchen is functional. The shower's are good

The house wasn't very clean. It is a two bedroom house with all other rooms except the kitchen converted into bedrooms including what would have been the lounge and the annexe space behind the back door. This leaves nowhere to relax and be sociable except for the kitchen. One of the toilets was not in good working order. There isn't enough cups or cutlery for eight. One of the bedroom blinds was broken and I have been charged for it out of my deposit despite the fact that it was already broken when we arrived. The terrace outside is actually a yard which is in desperate need of tidying up and rubbish removal. Although we did manage to fit our two vehicles on the driveway it was very tight. I'll certainly not be booking again or able to recommend this property.

Nice big place nice area, lakes, parks wood, shops close by

We stayed at 179 not 177 as it says on booking, also the phone number booking has does not exist, thought I'd been scammed at first, then found a different number on Google and was sorted quickly

The location was perfect for us. Ample parking opportunity.

The property is in need of attention. No TV.
