"Could have been lovely if property had a bit more TLC"

Comfortable beds & ensuite facilities. Spacious rooms & some outside space (although grass very long)

Kitchen equipment very basic/ would have been a struggle if 4 people were staying!! No hot water for 2 days on arrival - fixed but we weren't advised. Lacked wardrobe space. Needs side lights in living room so lacked ambience. Windows filthy & a bit cranky.

Lovely location,very quiet, easily accessible to all points of interest, good facilities, friendly people in adjacent houses.

There are top shelves within the kitchen cupboards that have kitchen equipment on. Unfortunately, these are too high as I'm 6 ft and had problems reaching unless stretching, no steps available, it requires a little TLC regarding paintwork, headboard (only 1 in and 1 missing)requires replacing, shower in bedroom 1 requires a new seal. I have sent a video regarding slight issues to coastal cottages information.

Lovely quiet location with parking just outside, Perfect for visiting all tourist locations.Luxury for 2 friends to have an en suite each. Comfy beds. Overall excellent facilities.
