Had a lovely 5 nights here with family, beautiful cottage in a stunning location - peaceful and relaxing but still close to so many attractions and walks. Our host was great, from cake on arrival to checking in to make sure everything was okay. We couldn't have asked for more, thank you!

Absolutely gorgeous setting - so peaceful and quiet! There are hills around to admire a few sheep and cows with your coffee in the morning. The house is beautiful and so clean. There is everything you could want for some rest and relaxation- dvds, books, TV, streaming. We loved our break and will definitely be back :) great communication and help throughout!

"Relaxing family time in a perfect house in a scenic area."

Perfect property and location. Nicest holiday house I have stayed in - house has the old feel with the modern amenities,all the family enjoyed (even the sheep across the field from the house!) Best of both re the location as area has walks/views and towns Castlewellin (10 minutes) and Newcastle (20 minutes) drive away. Rare to see a host that puts as much effort in from scones on arrival to checking in with you to make sure all going well If you’re looking for a break for a few days look no further !

We loved the Cottage and it was spotless clean top to bottom. Beautiful cottage and beautiful scenery, and we highly recommend WhiteHill Cottage to stay.The hosts were amazing and very helpful and very friendly 😀

Lovely cottage. Whilst kitchen was modern, there are some lovely nods to the history of the cottage for example the dresser in the bedroom. The cottage was clean and had everything we could need. It was lovely to be able to bring the dog also. Our host left a lovely apple tart for us on arrival and treats for the dog which was a lovely touch. Beds were very comfortable. Host couldn’t have been better answering any questions. A good base for the local area
