Trevose Penthouse

Really lovely apartment in a great location close to everything. Modern decor and the most fantastic kitchen/diner. It has everything you could need. Great views from balcony of Newquay. Very spacious. Fluffy towels and high end toiletries were a lovely touch. There was a grass area within a minute’s walk for the dog too which was handy. Very responsive when we needed assistance.

It’s great to have a car park space but it is very tight. Up 3 flights of stairs with no lift, just be aware with your suitcases! Balcony area needs a deep clean with a jet wash to get rid of bird poop that has built up on floor and furniture.

Beautifully decorated and clean

Very uncomfortable mattress in the main bedroom that needed replacing as bows in the middle. Slippery floor in the wetroom, had to wear flip flops to stand without slipping when wet. 5 flights of stairs to the entrance was a killer. The parking space is not big enough for most cars so we had to use the public car park down the road.

the location was accessible to everything the accommodation was exactly like the photos when i needed to speak to someone the phone was answered instantly and the issue sorted the same day loved the welcome box

the stairs up to the flat were hard work not suitable for everyone in the wet room maybe a rubber mat as the floor when wet was extremely slippery a little more departure information would be helpful as not sure where to put used towels or whether i needed to strip the beds
