Summers Barn

Perfect town centre location, in a very picturesque area, and the property was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable

The parking is very difficult to access, via an extremely narrow lane. There is an alternative which involves arriving at the property from a more rounadbout direction. I think that option should be mentioned in the summary of how to gain access to the property.

Kind host and great location

Homely, beautiful house, very local feel

The cottage was perfect for our special family getaway. The host went out of his way to ensure we were warm and comfortable despite issues with the heating due to the extreme cold. We were warm and toasty all weekend. Great communication and hospitality.

Brilliant property and great location. Humphrey the host was great checking everything was ok. We loved the sound system so you could play music in the room and kitchen.

Nothing

Our third time at summers barn and it is a great place to stay with friends. Plenty of room inside. A bit quirky and old fashioned but we all liked it. A short walk into the town centre and lots of walks around Grassington. A new log burner in the lounge was a nice upgrade. Good communication with owners.

Some rooms could do with updating.

We love everything here.Beautiful vintage house, lovely bedroom, living room and fully equipment in kitchen. Beautiful surrounding place, near walking street and farm. Convience to town and Linton Fall.

Just only narrow way to home

Summers Barn was in a fabulous location it was everything we could have hoped for. The host Humphrey was so helpful and couldn’t do more for us.

Beautiful well equipped cottage yards from Grassington Main Street

Access for large car is tricky but can be negotiated with care , some of the wall stones in garden need re- mortaring & grass cutting but garden very pretty in the main Instructions mentioned electric fire but none was in evidence just a wood burner ?
