the football table was a nice touch,

a lot, no bedding for the sofa beds, broken blinds, so the cab drivers could look in on my sleeping nieces, not enough toilet rolls for 10 people, leaking radiator, poor heating, no breakfast provided, no milk, no kitchen roll, very poor for kitchen appliances. keys were not easily accessible, i hurt my ankle on the gate trying to get in, which resulted in seeking medical attention, not what you want the night before your wedding !

The proximity to town

The bad smell from outside downstairs room, couldn't have any windows open Lights not working although they said it was fixed and still didn't work, very dangerous with children. No light in bathroom Toaster not working Outside doors not secure, we didn't feel safe

Perfect communication from the host, check in information sent over timely. Perfect stay for what we needed (business trip away)

Good space rooms and kitchen.

No double beds as advertised. Small singles and one sofa bed would not fit two people. The other sofa bed did.

As advertised, good value for money too. Well furnished and decorated.

Check-in process was too lengthy, called a few times day of check but still waited more than an hour outside the property befor being allowed access. superhog completed checks although emailed required info in advance too. Now being told my deposit will be released in 14 days!
