"Great for groups or families"

Great location, 15 min walk to city centre.

We had a slight problem with the boiler but the owner was on hand and very helpful.

Great location. Right on transit to get into oxford. Plenty of space. A separate living room so if people want to sleep and some want to hang out there is room for both Great water pressure. The corner store was really convenient and friendly. On a main road but not too loud. Garden was nice too.

A bit creaky and there were several spiders in the bathroom. But nothing felt dirty.

The space and the welcome package. Easy walking distance to town.

There was some noise from the shop that disturbed the sleeper in the small bedroom on the first night, but it was not a nightly thing.

Very clean and comfortable house, very thoughtful of the hosts to leave plenty of shampoos, dishwasher tablets, tea, and even a complimentary bottle of wine!

The double beds are a bit narrow for two people.
