The internet connection was quite poor
GBGBThe staff and on site facilities were amazing, faultless; especially the recently refurbished Restaurant. The meal we had was delicious. The pod was modern, stylish and comfortable; with basic amenities provided and a perfect view of the river. The heating was easy to control and the bed was clean and cosy, but the sheet didn't fit the mattress well so fell off the corners a few times.
The overall cleanliness and presentation of the pod could have been better for the price; as there were ceiling cobwebs and dusty skirting boards. The patio door handle was broken - a fix and signage could be provided for future guests, as it is not possible to open this door. Some other doors had difficult locks, or did not open/close properly. The hot tub buttons were temperamental and the filter had not been cleaned, so was not free of hair. The welcome pack was outdated and oven functions could have been explained for ease of use.
GBGBLocation was great, zip world 5 minutes down the road, Tesco express also super close for supplies. Other towns such as Llanberis, Bangor, Anglesey, Conwy all roughly 20-30 minutes in the car. Pod was lovely, really clean & modern. Hot tub is private and great temperature. Also lovely view of the river from the living room and bedroom windows. Bar & grill on site serve nice pub grub and all staff were really friendly.
The sofa in the living room was a bit small and not very comfortable if you’re staying in for a cosy film night.
