"Excellent spacious house"

Loved everything about this place from the easy checkin. Host had thought of everything regarding facilities. The view was amazing and Sandi the host was brilliant. Would definitely stay again.

We were here for a wedding at the althammond wedding barn making this property the best for us as it was 5 minutes walk so no taxis required and within walking distance of whitehead, sandi as a great host showing us all aspects of the property and even making a cup of tea for us as we arrived

"Great place! Perfect for our family of four and my sister and her husband"

Location was great.. view was awesome. We cooked most meals and enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the garden was beautiful with lots of wild growing blackberries.

The beds upstairs were a little small but still comfortable. Would be super nice if there was a dryer.

"Family visit."

The property felt like a home and not like a rental.

This is not a criticism. Getting on to the road from the driveway can be difficult with limited vision. That said, I have booked again. 🙂 Comment made for information only.

"Superb holiday let for larger group, in great location."

Sandi met us and was the perfect host. She gave us the keys and demonstrated all the facilities. She provided cup cakes, tea, coffee and milk. There were lots of books and games to suit all ages. The garden was large and well maintained. The views across Belfast Loch were super. Wi fi provided and central heating as required. Useful guides with lists of shops and eateries. Bus stop outside and Whithead Station about thirty minutes walk. Located on the A2 Causeway Coast Road. Supermarkets in Carrickfergus, about ten minutes drive. Sandi quickly provided another microwave when ours failed; She is the perfect host!. There are lots of artefacts in the house, we had to put several away, to secure them from the baby. Take care when driving out of the front entrance. This is a wonderful holiday home, you need a week to play all the games!
