This was just perfect for our family Christmas break. Tracy is the perfect host. Clean and warm.. everything you could need. The animals were very cute. Loved the view and the garden was decorated sparkling for Christmas. A must visit for anyone.

Absolute fantastic farm experiences. Our children absolutely loved spending time with the friendly sheep, and all the other animals, they just could not believe their luck ! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and peaceful retreat, surrounded by nature. The playground is a child's dream complete with everything a child needs : sleeping den, doll houses, shop play, sand pit, swings, slides ,trampolines, climbing bars & much more. We can’t wait to visit again! Our host, Tracy, was the most wonderful and welcoming host. Thank you Tracy

Very clean and modern, in a lovely location. Very quiet and peaceful. Great place to stay to explore the Fens and the Norfolk coast.
