No oven - bit strange. Had to hunt for the cutlery. No spare bin bag. Sofa v uncomfortable and there was a constant noise that sounded like a boiler by the front door.
GBGBThe studio was stunning in its furnishings and decor and it manages to be both highly stylish and cosy. Its amenities were spot on with the well equipped kitchen, efficient and speedy Wall panel heating system and excellent shower. The hosts have thought of everything and more and made such great use of the space, the dressing wardrobe area was so useful and very well lit. The bed was very comfortable and the recliner chair was a really good addition for accessibility needs and comfortable. The area is lovely close to both town and the sea. We couldn’t fault this place and were blown away how lovely it was.. Highly recommend this fabulous studio and can’t wait to return
Only one little negative we were very close to a loo roll emergency, a third cone needed as they were very slende

GBlocation was excellent, facilities in the flat were very good and careful consideration of needs of disabled person. Great use of space and liked the art work.
Flat was very cold on arrival, felt as though heating hadnt been on in the studio for some time. Entry not permitted before 16.00 - i told the booking agency we were going to arrive at 16.00 ; it should have been possible for background heating to be switched on a few hours before our arrival - especially as it was 18th December. The cleaning charge was £80.00 which I consider excessive for a 2 night stay, - part of the cost of arranging the heating to come on could have been covered by the excessive cleaning charge.
GBWe regularly return to Aldeburgh but this was an opportunity to stay in a wonderfully positioned and modernised property. We loved the heated wall panels.
