Convenience. Short walk into town. Quiet spot despite closeness to everything. Really pretty. Had everything we needed.

Did have a bit of trouble finding it,

The property itself was comfortable. And the location of the property was excellent. Mostly clean

It was extremely unacceptable that when we arrived at the property we were unable to get in because the email I was supposed to receive was never sent. Because we couldn't get in we rang and messaged the phone numbers left on the porch window and no one replied for some time and no one picked up the phone from either number. We therefore had to call booking.com to explain that we were outside the property in a terenchal downpour and thunder and lightning and had to take cover under the nearby porch where the bins are kept. We were all soaked through as well as all of our luggage being soaked by the time some came back to us from the owners of the property It also took until the following day for the WiFi key to be given to us so that we could connect to the WiFi, had we been people that needed WiFi for work it would have been impossible. The bathroom and toilet and bath area could be cleaner there's mildew on the edge of the bath and the back of the toilet behind the lid is not cleaned. The kitchen sink had tea stains in it and the dish cloth was filthy. I looked for bleach to soak the cloth and to clean the sink but there was none available

The cottage is perfect to explore Shrewsbury. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend it.
