Northwood 2

Very nice property. The beds were good, and the bedrooms were of equal size. Nice kitchen diner and a private parking space. There were nice towels as well. When I discovered that the washing machine was not working, the staff sent someone to look at it the next day. Although they could not fix it immediately, it did not spoil our stay. Just nice to know that they responded to my email quickly. It is also right next to a large shopping centre and several supermarkets. A Toby Carvery is very close, too.

It is a little further out of Broadstairs than we would have ideally liked, but it is well connected to the many attractions of the Kent coast. The instructions for recycling and bins were very poor. The notice outside by the bins is illegible, and the writing is much too small anyway. Previous occupants had put mixed rubbish and recycling in all 3 bins, so we could not work out which was which. A printed version of the instruction on which bins were which would be helpful in the kitchen.

Convenience store next door; off street parking at rear of property;

No dishwasher; no washing up bowl (so water usage was unnecessarily high)

Great place. You Will need a car to get to beaches and station but great for shops.

Our stay at Northwood 2 was excellent, a clean comfortable house, just like as described and photos on Booking.com. It has a private garden to the back and side, great for our fur baby. The property has 2 toilets downstairs and upstairs. Beds were so comfortable we all slept well. The temperature of the house was perfect. Great internet service.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property, just a side note to stock up on some highball glasses.

there wasnt a brown waste food box so therefore we used the normal waste box. also there wasnt any collection of refuse or recycling while we were there
