"Lovely and Comfortable Stay. Immaculate clean. Geeat space."

10.0

Great location Spotless clean (credit to housekeeping) Good communication from owner Comfortable and well thought out. Our Pet loved the space. Warm And cosy.

Stairs although aesthetically pleasing to the eye were a potential hazard for slipping a couple of times. Cafetière was provided which is great and covers the coffee base but a coffee machine that takes the modern pods would be even better.

"Fantastic, would recommend to everyone and looking forward to booking again soon!"

Amazing location you can literally see the sand dunes from the front door. Big parking space opposite the cottage and loads of space inside and out. Massive kitchen and living room that have been well thought out and are laid out and set up perfectly. Cosy and spacious, perfect location and stunning cottage.

I slept downstairs with the dog as I was concerned about ding the stairs early in the morning when the dog was excited and I was sleepy as they are a little slippy - beautiful but could do with some carpet strips on them for safety. Having said that, the downstairs bedroom was cosy and comfortable and I slept really well!

Homely, comfortable and a great location. I'm fairly sure we'll be back at some point. Plenty of room for a family

"A charming character property but lacking in many respects."

6.0

The location is lovely - a cosy little cottage with beach walks from the doorstep. We visited when the Christmas lights were being switched on in Nairn and the atmosphere in the town was very nice.

There are no pictures of the stairs and I would suggest this is because they are terrifying for elderly people or children. The bannister has been removed and there is a large shelf on the top of the stairs which has been repurposed as a kind of snug - lovely for an adult but my niece is 5 and I wouldn't let her anywhere near it! There was also no stairgate which made it difficult keeping the dogs away from the stairs, although we did manage this. There was a levy for dogs staying at the cottage, which is absolutely fine, but there was nothing put in place to account for this. There was no welcome pack, apart from a Chocolate Orange, which meant no milk, no tea, no coffee etc... There were also only five cups/bowls etc, so we had to keep cleaning them if we all wanted a drink, which meant we couldn't use the dishwasher because we always needed the crockery. Parking two cars was difficult but there is plenty of room for one car, although a neighbour used the drive as a place to let his dog go to the toilet!
