The place deco area all was perfect

The kitchen was equipped with everything and was very neat and clean. All materials were good quality and there was no shortage of water. It was more than enough space for four adults to live and enjoy. The location is greatly placed, and you can get almost everything in its vicinity.

It's not really something particular to this property, but a lack of a handheld bidet was really an inconvenience for an asian family like us.

The home was tidy, clean, close to supermarket and train station. It was located in a safe neighborhood

The tub was a bit too deep to get into although a handle was provided. We had a bit of a challenge setting up the a/c, nearby written instructions would be recommend. We used the window to bentilarey

The apartment is tidy, clean, and comfortable. It is nicely decorated as well. Contact with the manager, although difficult to get a hold off, was very positive and he was very willing to try and accommodate us as much as possible. This was particularly well received.

Unfortunately, the upstairs neighbours were very loud both nights until at least 22:45, where we could hear the children run around and shout continuously. In case the neighbours are permanent residents, bringing earplugs is a must. Moreover, getting in contact with the owners through email proved to be a challenge, where we only managed to get a hold of the manager after requesting a working phone number. Although we acknowledge the privilege given in dropping of our luggage before the check-in time of 15:00 pm, the caretaker seemed to hold us responsible for not being up-to-date on the fact that we would drop off our luggage prematurely, despite us specifically requesting permission to do so. In summary, the airbnb was absolutely lovely, but due to the communication challenges and noise disturbance we'd rate our stay with three stars.

The key code given to us was wrong. Had to spend 15-20mins loitering around outside. Could not reach the property managers or the emergency hotline. Felt helpless and stranded.

Fantastic location, beautiful living area. Genuinely a home away from home, they even put milk in the fridge which was a lovely touch. Genuinely everything you could want and it's a lovely finish. Comfortable and quiet location, neighbours are friendly. Superb bus and train links. I will definitely stay there again.

The double bed is two single beds pushed together, makes for an uncomfortable ridge in the middle. The managing company were challenging to get hold of. Once got hold of they were great and very helpful. They hadn't taken my payment (no reason not to as credit card had plenty of space) and didn't let me know or give me the code to get in, when they didn't answer the phone or the emergency line, I became very worried as I'm not local and had no where to stay and it was late. However, I'm sure if you have capacity to make sure everything has been sorted (which I didn't as life was 300mph for a few weeks - I assumed they'd take the payment) then it would be smooth. Genuinely a fantastic find and you should stay here - just make sure you have the access codes before flying into the country!
