Location great. Sun on the veranda most of the day. General cleanliness was good, though quite a lot of dust on shelving in kitchen and bedrooms. Site felt safe. Great pub serving food on site. Quiet and private. Area great. Onsite bar/pub good. Layout of accommodation was good.

I did have to chase up for the lock box key number. Bookin.com site does say we should receive number the day before we arrive. We did not and ended up contacting Booking.com as we didn’t receive a response from the owner by the end of the working day before arrival. A lot of previous holiday food ‘left behind’ in cupboards. Don’t feel that’s acceptable as things were opened and it’s not hygienic. The instructions we received was to remove all unused food as you leave?. Felt lounge area was lacking either a coffee table or shelf to put a Cup or glass on. Outside seating, two seater rattan base was cracked as was the single chair. No cushions for these and as it was extremely sunny/hot, it was impossible to sit on so we had to use bath towels to sit on them. Mosquito blinds to bedrooms windows would’ve been fantastic but they did not lock in place. This was the same for the blackout blinds. The master bedroom mattress was extremely soft and with creaky springs.

Very clean caravan with an amazing layout & so well equipped with 2 toilets & 2 showers, fitted kitchen & comfy beds, and only 5 minutes from the beach!

Nothing - everything was fabulous. Wifi would have been a bonus, but wasn’t expected on a caravan site so close to the beach!

This is our second visit and again was perfect, able to thoroughly relax in comfort with everything you may need to hand.

Lovely quite caravan site, located in a tucked away corner and it was very private. The terrace attached to the caravan gets sun all day so it was lovely for a morning coffee and g&t of an evening. The site is very close to the beach which was perfect, quiet and amazing for two energetic dogs. Lovely walk along the coastal path to Chapel St Leonard’s too.
