Nothing. Another example of a company making £229 for mis-selling a property with facilities that aren’t even there for three months.

If you search for a property and tick ‘just show me properties with a pool’ you expect a pool to be available during your booking. Not that there’s one on site but you can’t use it until 3 months after you booking has ended? Otherwise a nice little trick for accommodation providers who don’t have a pool but want to earn £229 for doing F*** all - just say you have a pool!

The location was perfect and just relaxing

The property was spotless and we appreciated the lake view. Peaceful and quiet. The facilities at the park were excellent and all of the the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good.

Holiday home Stunning, clean, well kept - like new; good facilities within the holiday home wonderful location on site close to all site amenities yet far enough away for peace and a little tranquility. Gorgeous lake view and grassed area in front of the Holiday home's decked area, trees behind the holiday home, very pretty, peaceful location on site.

Slight problem with Internet service which kept dropping out, but not a major issue at all.

If I have to nit pick, my daughter wanted to sleep with her mother, the the 2 single beds are definitely not big enough for adults.

Property was clean, comfortable & had everything that we needed during our stay. Location was great as we were able to visit lots of local attractions. Also enjoyed Kayaking with the children on one of the many lakes near the lodge.
