"Comfortable, well located"

Good location. Plenty of space, comfortable lounge .

Nowhere to put any toiletries etc in upstairs bathroom - no shelf, cupboards etc just one teeny table. No mirror in bedroom left of stairs. Washing up bowl bit too big for kitchen sink and water not very hot. Limited utensils or equipment in kitchen- very basic. Little things but they add up.

The cottage was clean, comfortable and well furnished, with all we needed for a few days stay. A very nice welcome pack helped on arrival.

It was quite a walk from the railway station. The bed in my room was a little firm for me!

"Convenient location for city centre and surrounding facilities."

Good location for our stay. Quiet outdoor area for sitting/eating. Private parking for two cars. Spacious accommodation for six with well equipped kitchen .

Oven and trays weren’t as clean as could have been.

"A clean and comfortable place for a 3 day visit , and the downstairs is nicely designed to let in maximum sunshine."

Bright and clean . Spacious and easy to move around downstairs ( 2 guests had mobility problems). Lovely big dining table and very comfortable settees. The kitchen was well arranged and easy to use ( tho it needs better quality saucepans - and a tin opener please!)

The air fresheners and plastic flowers . The two smaller bedrooms were cramped and the sloping ceilings made it hard to get round the beds.

"A nice break"

Welcome pack with tea, coffee, breakfast cereal and biscuits provided which was lovely. The property was clean, warm and comfortable.

We like to make some of our own meals while away so one or 2 more saucepans would be helpful.

"Spacious and comfortable stay"

The double and king size bed were very comfortable and lots of space. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bed side lamps. Having 2 bathrooms was handy with a party of 5. Location was nice and great that it allows pets.

Nothing I disliked a very comfortable property
