Owners responded quickly to queries. Beds were comfortable and bed linen clean. House was warm.

The property was not standard expected for a holiday let but rather poor student accommodation. The house was very tired and in need of a deep clean especially the kitchen. Kitchen accessories plus fixtures and fittings throughout the house were missing/cracked/broken, carpets were threadbare and there was a mismatch of soft furnishings throughout. We were also uncomfortable with an assortment of religious posters and scripts that were hanging through the house
