12 Ivy Cottage

Very spacious and comfortable Cottage ideally located near St Ives to explore the surrounding areas. Very clean. Very responsive and helpful Owners. Patio was great as was the size of the bedroom and bathroom.

The signage of the cottage outside could be a bit more visible.

There was a strong smell from the septic tank for the first three days. It then wore off and disappeared. Parking in the narrow road was not safe but he nearby landlady allowed us to park in the pub car park.

Very comfortable and clean, excellent facilities, easy access to property and close to St Ives for visits. Would definitely recommend for families with nice backyard area.

Location. There was nowhere to walk. A drive was necessary to make it to the car park at the edge of town, to catch a bus to town centre. We are walkers, but there was NOWHERE to walk safely from Ivy Cottage.

The cottage was so homely and felt like a home from home. Everything was catered for and more, I always over pack as we get somewhere and there's always something missing.....not here though! The thought and detail that the owner puts into this is amazing. Will definitely be back, when we can find a space in the already pretty full calendar for Ivy Cottage

Location is great, the bus stop into town is just down the road. House itself was immaculate, more spacious than the pictures let on I think. Kids loved the bunkbeds. Master bedroom is huge and beds were comfortable. WiFi worked great. 100% recommend.

Great location just outside St Ives and close to Penzance and the coast. Convenient parking and a pub/ restaurant at the end of the road. Very quiet and restful away from the crowds in St Ives. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom with views across the moors.

The property was modern and very well equipped. The owner was very friendly too.

Clean, comfortable and a great peaceful location. We walked into St Ives a few times, took about 40 mins and is an easy downhill walk (through Polmanter campsite which avoids the busy main road) Great location for exploring the local area. Weather was perfect and we had a fabulous time :)
