The location, the amenities everything was great.

There is nothing I can think of

Lovely cottage, well equipped, clean and modern.

Location, accommodation was first class. Everything was spick and span.

There was no negatives.

Beautiful property with great facilities and very friendly owners. Hot tub was excellent as were the bedrooms and kitchen. Loved seeing the ponies and stargazing at night.

We had no complaints but a shower in the upstairs bathroom would have been a bonus. With six people it would made lives a little easier each morning.

The property was spacious and perfect for a family of 6 adults, a baby and two dogs. The location was in the countryside on a working farm offering lovely views across open fields. The hot tub was perfect to relax in at the end of a busy day walking as we’re the two patio areas. Great outside space.

Extremely comfortable beds and living areas. Hot tub and garden were well maintained. Lovely riverside walk to Kelso and Roxburghe nearby - about 1hour. Great stay with friends or a family.

Location was good just outside Kelso Hot tub was lovely ( although outside light wasn’t working )

Lots of lovely little touches but no salt and pepper or bottle opener in kitchen ( which we thought unusual ) Would definitely benefit from another shower. Found the photos of the property confusing as it seems the photos also included the additional property on the farm.
