Everything that was shown online was exactly how the accommodation was,perfect

Everything was as described there was nothing to dislike

Fabulous apartment. Spacious, comfortable containing everything we needed. The owner was also wonderful - being quick to respond whe. We locked ourselves out and even sending on a left behind item.

Booking.com customer service was absolutely hopeless when we locked ourselves out - telling us to wait on the pavement until "the reception" opened. They couldn't understand that this was an apartment not an hotel and were not prepared to do nothing to help us. Luckily the owners called right back, but we could have faced a night on a park bench as far as Booking.com were concerned.

Kate & Paul are wonderful hosts, they met us on arrival and handed over our keys to the property and were very friendly. We cannot fault Enliven. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. There is everything you need and more. The kitchen was very well equipped better than anywhere else we have stayed and very high quality. Bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, toilet rolls and even toilet cleaner! Lovely garden with plenty of furniture and even a BBQ. We stayed 4 nights and wished we had booked for longer. We are looking to book again later in the year. We will definitely be back.

We've just returned home from a wonderful stay at Enliven with our 2 young daughters and having visited Broadstairs and the local area many times over the past 25 years I can honestly say this is the best place I've stayed in. Every single thing was thought of...from the wonderful sweet touches of little chocolate lollies for my girls, to all the appliances (Alexa was a big hit!), toys, even plasters and batteries! It was wonderful. The main thing I loved was that it felt like home. It was exceptionally clean. Spacious, comfortable, safe. The owners were incredibly accommodating for us and were so lovely and kind. The garden was lovely, we didn't really use it as unfortunately weather let us down a little. I liked the location as away from main hustle and bustle but only a 7-8 min walk down to sea. I will 100 percent be booking again for us all and recommending to everyone.

Honestly nothing.

Clean and well-furnished comfortable home, well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds and great shower. Great to have outdoor space with private back garden (patio + lawn). No difficulty finding a parking space on street outside. The pictures on Booking.com don't really do it justice. Easy walking distance to shops (Co-op nearby, and a Tesco Express closer to the sea-front), take-aways, and pubs & restaurants. Wi-fi available. Easy walk to Broadstairs town beach and mini-golf!
