"Reasinable until power outage towards end of holiday which led us to return home early."

stained carpets, ant infestation, insufficient comfy chairs for 8, small fragile glass kitchen table, faulty electricity on first floor disabling all lighting and shower, company’s delay in communicating after we reported the danger. Dismissive nature of company staff regarding health and safety hazard.
