"Perfect for big families!"

I booked this house for my cousins abroad who joined my brother’s wedding. The house was perfect, I have no complaints at all. Our host was also very lovely and accommodating.

The house was perfect for myself and 6 other adults. Location was fine for all public transport and local shops. The host Guru was a gentleman to deal with and easy contactable should we have any issues.

Property was well presented inside although the beds could do with being replaced with more modern ones as two were quite rickety, but still comfortable.

"Cheaper option, but there are reasons."

Cost Performance is good. Cheaper option for families compared to staying in a hotel.

Not clean and maintenance is not enough. Table cloth is dirty and we need to clean it by ourselves. There is a washing machine which does not work. The owner asked GBP300 cash deposit at check in, which is not mentioned in Booking.com description. Heating timer cannot changed by us.
