4 bedroomed maisonette in City Centre, near Barbican & Seafront

It was very clean and tidy with perfect facilities for a short stay. Even had an outdoor snug area.

It worked well for the 4 of us but may be a bit small for larger groups.

Great location - everywhere was within a reasonable walking distance of the apartment. Bonus was having both a Tesco Express & Sainsbury’s Local just a couple of minutes from the apartment. Enough cutlery, plates etc Bed linen & towels were good quality & the beds were VERY comfortable.

Not really 2 bathrooms as described……. One generous shower room with good sized shower & a tiny loo in a tiny cupboard - which was very cramped with no space for toiletries or make-up. Did not find any maps or tourist information in the apartment or any bus timetables or taxi numbers etc. The apartment was cool in the evening but we could not find instructions for switching the central heating on & we were not given an induction to the house or the area.

Some food storage containers would have been helpful. Some cling wrap and foil too would have been good.

The maisonette was in a very good position near the Barbican but away from the very busy centre. It was very clean, comfortable beds. Perfect for our requirements. Good value for money. Very good host.

Light in toilet did not work. Bathroom extractor fan did not work but reported and was being attended to.

Noisy at night but its only a 10 minute walk from the centre x however very close to the harbour

This maisonette was in a very good position to access all areas of Plymouth. The furnishings were very very good. It is a stylish place with everything a visitor could require. Being central might concern a visitor regarding noise, but actually once the rush to and from work is over, it is a quiet area. Two hotels are very close. Myriads of restaurants and take away food places are close. Also very close are two major supermarket outlets.

We knew free parking would be a problem but we were fortunate that we managed to park each night up the hill outside on the street beside a hotel. Three nights we were able to park in spots directly opposite the maisonette.

Great central location only a 5 minute walk to the shops and 10 minutes down to the marina
