"Good facilities well located and clean and comfortable"

clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen everything you could need was there.

Everything was good only small fault was that the underfloor heating was not really efficient in the lounge/kitchen diner. Rest of the property took a couple of days to warm up sufficiently but as we arrived in a Thursday it may well have her empty for a few days beforehand.

Very clean, plenty of towels, hot water was piping hot and the facilities were top notch. Really impressed will definitely stay again.
