Beautiful and spacious accommodation. The pool and hot tub were perfect entertainment for the kids. Had everything we needed. John was very welcoming and attentative.

Couldn't control the heating and it was too hot for us on the second evening. However, I'm sure if we had messaged John about this, he would have sorted it. Wouldn't stop us returning!

We enjoyed the quiet rural location. The hosts are lovely, the Orangery is clean, comfortable, airy and well equipped. We loved having private use of the pool and hot tub which are both heated to very comfortable temperatures. The perfect place to relax and unwind…

Gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, quiet, use of pool and hot tub

Absolutely everything! We pulled into a beautiful picturesque courtyard to our property. John friendly greeted us and went through everything to do with the property and asked if we had and requests. He gave us a very detailed information folder that we found very useful! It was the best that we’ve had, even with local pub and restaurant menus in them. Property was absolutely lovely, modern but cosy and extremely clean with absolutely everything that you need in it! Very thoughtful. Even games and a huge dvd collection. The property is extremely private. Private use swimming pool ( very warm :)) fantastic relaxing hot tub, even swimming floats provided is right next door to the property. My partner isn’t easily pleased and quite a moaner but he was absolutely over the moon here and said to book for our next break. The walks around are very beautiful with lots of wildlife, fields and meadow views from every direction. The Orangery conservatory has amazing views too and wonderful to sit and relax in. There’s so many beneficial extras that I didn’t see on the listing so wonderful little surprises. Great eateries in Louth which is literally 10 minutes away ( known as a foodie haven) Central to everywhere without having the busyness of the seaside towns. We really couldn’t even slightly fault this place! We will be returning. Thank you so much to John and Sharon for being amazing hosts and letting us stay at your beautiful property!
