Self check-in. Easy to find and super clean.

No tv’s in bedrooms. Not a big deal but I will always downgrade for this. 4 men, 1 tv :)

Flexible check-in. And good communication with the host. It's a good house, with a backyard, and all the amenities needed for a short or long stay! Excellent location, 2 minutes from 2 supermarkets, and just 8 minutes walking from the center of Dartford. We were very pleased with our stay!

We liked the property’s proximity to some grocery store. The house was clean. And it feels cozy. The place is good for short stay with family as it has 2 bathrooms.

The mattresses needs changing as you can feel the spring on your back. Although there is one good mattress in ground floor that was good. There was a funny smell coming from the shower downstairs as well. I wish there were more chair to sit on as we booked for 7 people and there was only 1 sofa for 2 people and 2 single arm chair but all in all it was good nevertheless.

Bathrooms were newly renovated

Bed linens were soiled and stained. There were visible hairs on sheets. Stains on bed frames and one of the beds was broken. Despite this being a 6 person house, there is only seating for 4 persons in the living space which forms part of the kitchen. There is no facility for dining in the house i.e., no table and chairs. Outside of premises generally unkept looking and post left lying around the house. Dishwasher also full on arrival. There is a distinct smell from the drains when the shower is being used. When these issues were advised to the accommodation, they were dismissed and not adequately addresses. I would not recommend this property.
