Where the chalet was, third one in perfect location

sadly could give a list Decking is unsafe and rotten, to the point of was standing outside near the edge it would break and you would fall. Had to wash dishes before use, dirty pans, dirty oven dishes, dirty finger prints on bed frame on the bunk bed, dirty curtains, frayed blinds, ripped cushions and snot on the wall... I left dirty cups, chipped glasses out spoke to the owner who blamed the last two families that stayed before us, Did offer to let us stay in another one of his properties, fairly rude, over speaking when I was trying to talk, we declined as nice as the offer was the rudeness of the gent was apparent he didn't care about the property or safety of his guests (decking very unsafe)told me next time not to stay at his property and will blocked me so I couldn't stay there again.. Did take photos and sent to him, told me hasnt put the prices up in the last few years he cant the others around the chalet are to the highest quality

Nice area Perfect for family Little bit dated but perfectly fine

No towels or bedsheets provided. We were only informed of this post booking. This might be an issue for someone flying in ie can't pack sheets and towels. This needs to be mentioned in the booking part Otherwise the stay was nice

Size of Lodge was adequate.

Two exits but only one key for one door. Broken bathroom tap, no shower fitment in the ensuite, double mattress in main bedroom should be replaced. Oven shelves were rusty, and cooker hood was greasy. Generally the property needs updating and refreshing. Outside woodwork was in need of repair. Gave the impression of being a family owned property, available to friends, rather than a letting business.

The property was comfortably furnished and the dishwasher was appreciated. Beds were reasonably comfortable and the storage space was adequate for our needs. Decor is neutral. The en-suite was a very welcome feature.

The shower head in the en-suite is broken so the water flows around the spray rather than through it. The fridge freezer was noisy at night and kept my husband awake. The oven trays had food debris on them.
