Greenacres

Greenacres is a beautiful holiday home, the property is well kept and the decor is lovely. The property has been well thought out, you can see the attention to detail. From the well equipped kitchen with tea/coffee and biscuits. To the towels and toiletries to the lovely private patio with a table and chairs and sun loungers with cushions. The location is perfect for exploring Suffolk. The host was very welcoming and attentive. Would highly recommend Greenacres and will definitely visit again.

Beautifully presented. Very clean. Great facilities. Plenty of free parking. Great WiFi. Loved the courtyard garden. Friendly hosts. Dog friendly. Lovely fluffy white towels.

Property is excellent with all facilities you need for a long weekend or longer. Appreciated the very sunny courtyard to eat outside. Even has washing line in the sun! Parking immediately outside the front door. Well located to visit all areas of Suffolk on your doorstep. And a superb pub for evening dinner 20 mins walk away. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.

If there was anything, the property isn't near the town or shops/facilities of Saxmandham, but it's only a short drive and there's a great Tesco and Waitrose there.
