Location good

Oven and trays were very dirty on arrival , I had to clean it before we could use it. Could do with more kitchen things glasses, some were chipped, chopping board, bigger saucepan for a group of 6 to cook anything , no oven gloves . No explanation of how to get heat, hot water, tv .

Short drive to beach. Enough room for family of 6.

Even though the location was a bit remote it’s close (by car) to scenery of exceptional beauty. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious.

We could have benefitted from an information booklet about the house and the area. For example we couldn’t get the microwave to work even though five of us tried it. We didn’t know the location of the nearest shops for groceries. Ballintoy is pretty, has two pubs, a Masonic Lodge, a Gospel Hall but no grocery store.

Spacious house, fully equiped, friendly host. House needs a bit of TLC.

10min after we arrived, a stranger (introduced himself as the neighbour) walked into the house (without knocking) and started asking us to confirm whom we are, where we from, how did we get access to the house and making us feel like intruders, uncomfortable and very unwelcomed.

Owner is extremely cooperative. Place was nice and clean. House is very well maintained and there was plenty of room for our group. It is closed to a lot of major attractions

Very roomy house, clean and well equipped. Nice quiet location, but only a short drive from loads of attractions. Very comfortable beds. Large and well equipped kitchen/dining room. Martin was in contact with us before and after we left to ensure we had a good stay.

Everything was great, no dislikes at all

Very spacious. Excellent amount of complimentary food products.

Towels were old. No top sheet on the bed. No compendium so couldn’t work the heating. Very small shower cubicle upstairs. Driveway needs attention.
