GBFantastic location. Ideal for our Christmas family get together. We were well looked after by our host (cake left for us on arrival).
GBThe house is perfectly located on the lake and just by the Lakeside Brasserie which has excellent service and food. The house itself was clean, tidy, warm and had an abundance of board games, books and Netflix to keep us all entertained. We were also super impressed our host took the time and effort to ensure we had the best stay. Recommend Lake 12, which is literally round the corner, for its water sports, and recommend Pizzeria 720 & Gateway Cafe for their excellent menus and GF options.

GBThe location is beautiful, we were there on a sunny weekend and it was lovely to sit on the decking and enjoy the view of the lake Hosts were great and we were given suggestions for dinner etc South Cerney is about a 20 minute walk and we went out for dinner in the village, really easy walk Lots of activities local like paddle boarding, waterpark and kayaking the outdoor space is brilliant and the main bedroom has a great view Beds were comfy, there was 5 of us but would have been able to fit 6 people TV has Netflix etc so you can watch movies
The bathroom is a little small and dated but it does the job
GBGBLocation was excellent - lovely sitting just watching the lake . Nice touch leaving a cake and milk and tea/coffee/ sugar so could enjoy a drink on arrival. House was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the surround sound system and huge tv 😀

GBGBvery well equipped and comfortable house, nice and warm bed was really comfortable lovely views overlooking the lake
downstairs shower room needs updating very tired looking. Dishwasher didn’t work very will probably needs updating as well.
