Yves town cottage

Location and bedroom sizes. Kitchen dinning area. Decor was lovely and it felt homely. Bathroom was good. Loved the fact towels and bedding were provided.

We struggled with the steep stairs. We were aware of them being described as steep though. The outdoor Bins had not been emptied previously and began to really smell. Bedrooms were lovely but mattresses could do with replacing. It was a lot of money and a very small lounge for a family. Also such as shame about there being no parking but again we were aware of this before.

Clean, tidy and comfortable accommodation. Good for groups. Well equipped kitchen.

Parking is very limited in area. No on street parking on the street of property. Uphill walk to local on street parking - which with lots of heavy bags & equipment wasn’t ideal when coming as a working group.

Great location very clean very friendly owners great communication happy to help and a lovely cottage would recommend to any friends or family 😊

Had to travel for a funeral with a toddler so needed space and a more homely atmosphere. Was very happy with the amenities and was a comfortable stay for what was an unfortunate time for my family.

Great place for us to chill for a few days, very close to the train station, so easy to have fun days out. It was clean and comfortable. Quiet area with no noise at night. Plenty of hot water and clean towels. Well equipped kitchen, had everything we needed.

No problem for us but the stairs are very steep so don't come if you have any problems with stairs. Also although the place is clean it's a little old and tired decor wise. But very comfy and easy to relax in.

Close to town centre. Kitchen was good and clean. Plenty of crockery for use. Sitting room was comfortable. Bedrooms had plenty of hanging space and beds comfortable.

Stairs were quite steep for elderly but manageable with care.
