Location, gorgeous cottage, had everything you needed, very clean and well furnished.

A brighter outside light would be helpful for the darker mornings/evenings. Freezer compartment in fridge didn't work properly.

Peace and quiet location. Full of character. Good connection to main roads.

Due to the oldness of the cottage it was quite damp and humid inside on the ground floor.

Great cottage, lovely village.

The only peculiar thing was paying a deposit upfront. In 15 years and over a 100 bookings at Booking.com I never had to pay a deposit at a cottage/private property. Probably because of a bad experience, but why does this target group (no teenagers coming for a party) have to do this?

It was set in a the most picturesque rural area with sheep in the garden 😀 It was clean and perfect size for our group of 3. Would 100% recommend this property for exploring the stunning countryside
