We loved the house, location. The house was exceptionally clean.

Thier is nothing I didn't like.

The location was great. Plenty of parking and easy walking distance to Portree, plus great views from the front of the house. Plenty of room to spread out, comfy beds and plenty of hot water.

Instructions to find the place weren't correct. It's noted that this is a common complaint and needs to be addressed. It was great to have a tablet with ideas and suggestions for activities and restaurants, however the information on using appliances was unhelpful as none of the appliances were as described in the instructions. Plus, the house needs maintenance. There's dips in the floor under the carpet and the cupboard door hinge was wonky in the kitchen, making it difficult to close. Then the panel under the cupboard fell off.

Good space for a group of 7-8, close to Portree “downtown”.

Very clean, great views from living room window. Comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities. Spacious and quiet.

One bedside light not working in room with ensuite. Three washing machines? Could one be changed to a tumble drier for very wet walking gear?

Location of house (once we had located it !). Very comfortable home. Well equipped for self-catering. Amazing views from lounge.

The wi-fi was pathetic. Our best measured download sped was just over 4 mps. That meant that we could not access any streaming services on the home wi-fi. Worryingly there was a part of the floor in one bedroom that felt that it was about to give way (accompanied by a smell of damp)

Great house for larger group, good location on the edge of Portree as a base for visiting Skye. Excellent facilities, well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. High quality bedding and towels etc, Two modern bathrooms (plus older ensuite) and kitchen. Easy check in with key box. Plenty of storage space.

Slight issue with the drains and shower flooding. Online booking system offered some contact and requested feedback but didn‘t respond directly when I messaged about the drainage issue which was disappointing but didn‘t impact on our overall enjoyment of the holiday. Kitchen was well equipped but could do with some additional glasses and breakfast bowls.

Little, a few pots / pans needed better cleaning. A small amount of black mould in the family bathroom, again better cleaning would fix.
