Jasmine Cottage Lastingham North Yorkshire

Lovely ,comfortable cottage in a beautiful location. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen . Small private patio at back and sunny garden at front to soak up the sun and see the world go by. Well placed for local walks to other villages and moors. Pub in village is superb and staff very friendly . Gill was informative and left us a surprise bottle of Prosecco along with some milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Lots of information in the house about the cottage and surrounding area.

Very nice long weekend spent in N Yorkshire, based at Jasmine Cottage. Comfortable in all respects, all facilities well maintained and easy to use. Friendly communications. Would stay again.

Best not to rely on mobile phone signal in the village, as there isn't any. The WIFI was fine and reliable once we were in the cottage.

The cottage was incredibly well equipped, very comfortable ( we loved that we had a sofa each!) and spotlessly clean. There were many lovely extras too, such as biscuits, dressing gowns and toiletries. The village is gorgeous and we loved our Sunday lunch at local pub.

A spotless cottage with all the comforts of home. Hosts were very friendly & helpful.

The cottage was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Great location on the edge of the moors with interesting places to visit. The pub was a minutes walk and it serving lovely food if you did not wish to cook. Great touch by the owner leaving us a couple of gifts as it was New Year.

A beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Plenty of board games and dvds at the cottage. We were also left some biscuits, milk and cheese which was lovely.
